In the initial phase, we focused on understanding the unique needs of Na'masaje’s customers and the benefits they were seeking from the bodywork services offered. Na'masaje's signature style combines Thai stretching, acupressure, reflexology, and specialized techniques developed by Eric Deegear. Our research revealed that clients were seeking more holistic treatments that combine physical therapy with deep relaxation. Our research also explored customer preferences for flexibility in scheduling and easy access to the booking system, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to post-service.
During the UX and Service Design phase, we concentrated on improving the customer experience, making Na'masaje’s offerings easier to access and navigate. This included creating a straightforward online booking system that allowed customers to schedule appointments effortlessly. We also worked on the customer journey, ensuring that the design of the space and service flow provided the ultimate sense of relaxation and comfort. Through intuitive service design, Na'masaje's unique combination of bodywork modalities was highlighted and promoted, ensuring that clients could easily find the right therapist and treatment option to meet their needs.
In the technology development phase, we focused on streamlining the digital experience for Na'masaje clients, ensuring the seamless integration of online bookings, service offerings, and client management. Additionally, we integrated a user-friendly scheduling interface to facilitate easy booking, making it convenient for clients to book appointments with their preferred therapists. This technological upgrade allowed Na'masaje to scale its operations while maintaining a high-quality customer experience, giving clients more control over their appointment schedules and enhancing the overall ease of interaction with the business.
